Rogers... Maybe Alex would change people's mind with better and better playing.

49ers had decent talent before Harbaugh came. But most of these credits went to the current GM. He was promoted to GM before he hired Harbaugh.

 

Nolan was considered a good defence coach. But he doesn't have clue on offence.
