完了，没人跟我打网球了

我老公最近老说右胳膊到肩头疼，我说是50肩。结果今天早晨突然疼醒了，今天一天成米虫了，光吃饭不干活，动都不能动。应该是肱二头肌腱炎，就是右上臂外侧肌肉炎症，特别疼，疼得人都缩起来歪着走路。只能吃布洛芬，但这个药在新冠期间特别不好，应该是不能吃的。因为它会加重新冠病情，如果得新冠的话。

有人知道什么好的治疗方法吗？

明天订了高尔夫，我得跟俱乐部讲，我一个人打,,,,
