我的电脑开机后显示一个窗口，主要内容是：

Your personal files have been encrypted!
.....

encryption was produced using a unique public key RSA-2048 generated for this computer. To discrypt files you need to obtain the private key.

我上网搜了，这是 CryptoWall 3.0 virus。 网上有好些教怎么remove this virus的，不过，我不知道是不是真的，有些需要download 东西，不知道该用那个，不敢乱试。

How to remove CryptoWall 3.0?
Reboot your computer into Safe Mode remove associated CryptoWall Files.

但是什么是 associated files呢？ 就是里面宣示的那个文件名是“help-..."的文件？

坦子里有没有高手，可以建议一下怎么做 （除格式化这最后的方案）？ 无比感激。 怎么恢复文件不在现在这步的问题中。
