简单容易做的三文鱼午饭～～～～～

这两个三文鱼都超简单～～

1.烤三文鱼

酱油，蜂蜜，姜末，芝麻油，蒜粉，混合

上海青稍稍切一下铺烤盘上，三文鱼放上海青上面，淋上酱油蜂蜜混合物。入烤箱，broiler，到熟

 

 

 

2.铁锅煎三文鱼

三文鱼排，两面挤上柠檬汁，撒上盐和黑胡椒粉，铁锅烧热一点点油，放三文鱼排，两面煎煎，煎熟，起锅，配上蔬菜沙拉，一道午饭就好了
