有时可以轻松拿全，却以为那不到

我现在的雇主在个人贡献金额达到限度后，会自动停止个人贡献的部分，但会继续在每张工资单上给公司的补贴部分，除非员工自己将401K的扣除比例改为0。所以员工设定一个适当的比例后，就可以放心拿到全部补贴。
