二月份忘记定投了。另外请教Roth IRA 问题。

今天是不是买的好时机？一月份买的两次月中月底定投的VGT -1.93% gain, VOO 0.30%。

还有vanguard Roth IRA 我一直买的是大盘500，这个以后投资不用交税，是不是可以买点个股激进一点？
