前几天有人说收入越高公司match401K越多，我家两个W2 ，LD完全没有match，儿子今天告诉我

他前面两年一直没有match的，因为收入超过某个限度数字了，现在公司把这个限度数字大大提高了，他明年就可以match了，但是如果运气好的话，收入超了，又过不了两年又估计没有match了。

所以公司和公司不同，未必是收入高，match越高的。
