我觉得只有幸运儿才能获得401K 的理论值。

（1）高薪，买满401K后也有余钱来买自住房。

（2）高薪，买满401K后也有余钱来供孩子们上大学

（3）高薪，买满401K后也有余钱回国潇洒以及20年前接济亲友。

（4）工作稳定，几十年不曾失业，或失业后立马就找到下家，还能赚一把裁员费。

（5）公司牛，401 match 比例高。

（6）没被忽悠，坚定的投了标普500.

 

我估计多数人是达不到买满401K，全投入标普500 的理论值。
