可以都开，但是roth and pre-tax 401k共享23000

50岁以上加7500. 大多数Ｗ2打工的只能存这么多，另加employer match，达不到IRS那个上限。要达到那个69000的上限，需要工资特别高，雇主match多，或者有after tax 401k, 或者有自己的公司。
