请教： nondeductible IRA contribution & proof

1) nondeductible IRA contribution 是不是没有收入限制？

2）form 8606 instruction page7 提到， “what records must I keep" - to verify the non taxable part of distribution from your IRAs, keep a copy of all forms and records until all distributions are made. 如果以前所有8606和5498都没有了，该怎么办？如果以前contribute的所有nondeductible IRA contribution 都已经convert to Roth IRA, withdraw 的时候是不是就不用证明了？
