请教一个401K选基金的问题

公司的401K从fedility转到了John Hancock，刚才把所有可以买的基金跟SPY比较了一下，不比不知道，一比吓一跳，一比才发现这些基金都是垃圾啊，但是只能从这些垃圾里面选，怎么办呢？
