Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) from a Proshares ETF held in my IRA Acc

I received a Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) from a Proshares ETF held in my IRA Account. To my understanding, I need report it in my 2016 tax filling even it is from IRA account. Can someone confirm it?
