if u can trade, then it is worth changing ur job ...

to gain access to your 401k capital. many RE investors started out QUITTING + LIQUIDATING entire 401K funds + PAYING 10% PENALTY.

however if u can REEEEEEEEEALLY trade stocks/options/futures, then your IRA will grow so fast, that in 3-5 years, u will have more than enuf $$$ to trade with even starting with a modest (backdoor) roth.
