到目前为止，最振奋人心的好消息：牛人以技术手段，发现了软件作弊导致的所有州、所有偷走的选票、和丢失票。

前面网友Redkiwi的帖子“几乎每个州都有偷票和删票”https://bbs.wenxuecity.com/rdzn/4647073.html ，很明显没有得到大家足够的重视，不仅仅点赞数少，跟帖也不多。而我觉得有必要提醒大家：到目前为止，这个消息有可能是最重大、最振奋人心的好消息。

我根据我的理解，首先给大家大体介绍一下这个技术手段的背景、和原理：

各大媒体的在开票过程中，会不停的准实时的显示川普、白等的在各个州的得票数、和得票率情况：如下图

这些数据在实时显示给大家的同时，也被记录了下来（例如：https://static01.nyt.com/elections-assets/2020/data/api/2020-11-03/race-page/pennsylvania/president.json? ）。因此，就有可能通过查看这些数据、找到软件修改数据的证据。

举例说明：

在历史数据中，有上面的内容：第187条记录，表明：总投票数2984468，川普占56.6%，白等42%，时间是4点07分43秒。第188条记录，表明：总投票数2984522，川普占56%，白等42.6%，时间是4点08分51秒。

重点来了：在这一分钟左右的时间里，总票数只增加了54票（2984522-2984468），但是白等占比却增加了0.6% (42.6%-42%), 而川普的占比则相应减少了0.6%(56.6%-56%)。换句话来说：川普在此一分钟内失去17876 （2984468*56.6%-2984522*56%）票, 而白等增加了17932（2984522*0.466-2984468*0.46）票。

这个牛人据此原理，使用Python语言编写了一个软件，大家可以去自己下载，https://pastebin.com/Q6nTP04N

并使用他的软件计算出了在各州川普被偷走、或丢失的选票如下。他还做了验证，表明结果没有问题。
