忙一天很不想锻炼,现在我早上先锻炼,也是因为右手臂拉伤不得不做physical therapy。。。
跑步都能跑,但一定要注意跑的姿势,build 肌肉,否则长期磨损关节,我一听此说,正和吾意:)
