No, You made some subtle assumption in your calculation, you assume that the accuracy is independent of whether the patient have HIV or not, But in reality, the experients accuracy can depends on the actual condition, you can have,

If HIV +, the accuracy is x1, if HIV -, the accuracy x2, you can have many combination to get a overall 95 percent accuracy, and your answer will depends on what assumption you made on x1 and x2.

Be careful when you apply some mathematical theorem, understand the condition first.
