贷款有些问题，有必要准备借hard money吗？

有个房子，准备下个周五close, 这个周五贷款公司回我话，“File is back from initial underwrite with conditions”，需要补充一些材料。我有些担心： 1： 贷款能否通过。2. 如果通过，能否赶在下个周五close; 因为卖家着急卖，我担心不能及时close,卖家有理由生变。所以我想要不要找hard money公司救急。需不需要和卖家 agent （也是我的代理）联系， 告诉她，我在做两手准备，还有， 要不要和我的贷款公司联系， 告诉他我在准备hard money。 hard money公司告诉我5-7天可以close. 谢谢。
