低信用分租户，求建议

有一对61，63岁的黑人夫妻申请我的出租房。我觉得两人都非常nice.但信用分非常低。都是520 到530分。打电话给他们三年以前的landlord. Landlord 说他们是最好的租户。房子保养非常好，按时交租。我有那样的租户会非常幸运。等等。我还没跟现房东联系。现房东的话没有以前的房东可信

两人都工作，收入是房租4倍以上。房子属于好区的中产阶层住房。这种情况可以租吗？谢谢
