会计不是这么算的

我手里有十万元不用，借了十万元贷款，利率X%，Y年，利息总共ZZZ。

我十万元一下子把贷款付清了, 省了Y年$ ZZZ，难道是我投资赚的？

这样自娱的会计方法，是会被人告发的。
