我觉得还有很重要的一点，在球场上或更衣室里，Leading by example 更重要。

还是那句话，打球主要是个体力活，要卖苦力。

活干得好，能说能侃，那就是 vocal leader.
活干得好，不能说，那就是 silent leader leading by example.
活干得不好，沉默是金，那就是老老实实的板凳队员。
活干得不好，能说，那就是嘴把式或者假把式，得不到任何respect, 只会让人烦。
