在這種情況下,您無需經過法律程序來宣告您們的婚姻annulled.

1. Party Under Age of Consent

Under DRL § 7(1), DRL § 2, and CPLR 105(j). 這個年紀必須是 18 歲

2. Party a Mentally Retarded Person or Mentally Ill Person
