盼高人指点迷津: 这样的黑心offer，请问有没有法律纠纷？direct hire

让我签3年，如果提前走就要我赔偿5万美金，真够黑的，但是没有别的offer,另外签了，在没开始工作之前，是不是反悔都不算数？h1b要多久申请？

关于赔偿,这段话如下：

The company will apply for your H1B visa after your joining the company. You agree to work fo the company for at least 3 years. If you voluntarily leave the company on your own accord or get fired with cause prior to the end of this 3 year period, you agree to repay the company $48,000. Examples of fired with cause include the following but not limited to: (i) your lack of good job performance, (ii) you causing disruptive behavior in the company or to the team or to the customer, (iii) not meeting company's guidelines and regulations, (iv) conduct any illegal activity. For clarification purposes, company layoff which is not caused by the employee is not considered a voluntary leave.


如果我1年之后,跳槽,他们会对我怎么样,我知道肯定有方法回避,但是请问,如果我无路可走,只能签这个公司,如何尽快脱身?
