求助

租住某处8个多月，实际只住了将近7个月，但我还是交了8个多月的房租，这就算了。
气人的是最近居然收到一封信要交换地毯的钱，大概八百多。我走的时候都仔细清
理过，地毯和我刚搬进来时没什么两样。可看当初签的LEASE，他们觉得有必要换地
毯的话，我应该出这个钱。问题是什么叫有必要？真有点任人栽割的感觉，我该怎
么办？太气人了。谢谢。
