How to file a consumer and civil rights complaint?
1. go to www.google.com. and then search "attorney general office" in your state

2. select your state attorney general office home page. the website should be end with ".gov or .us"

3. fill out a complaint form on-line or download the forms, for example, The Office of Massachusetts Attorney General.
