老猫，噪音问题进展，帮帮忙！

周一带上睡梦中的宝宝、带上朋友一起去LEASING OFFICE，递上据朋友说很POWERFUL的书面COMPLAIN信以及相关的说明噪音对宝宝有很大伤害的文献（比较权威的），OFFICE 当天就发出了书面的NoTICE，说，这以后，再有，可以CALL911，这样他们可以MATCH UP。本想匿名CALL911，但现在得知CALL 完，OFFICE 不是解决问题，而是三方一起去COURT。这样对方也会知道是我们，所以没必要匿名了。

要是去的话，这将是我来美几年第2次进COURT。在美国生活，进COURT是避免不了了，就好像国内进电影院似的。但真是太太耗时间、精力了，宝宝也还小。要不去耗时耗力地争取自己的权利呢，宝宝要受到伤害。所谓的欺软怕硬。-----噪音有加剧的迹象。

还有趣COURT 的话，需要证人。朋友来我家几回，能做证人吗？

大家有没有也因为噪音的问题，上过COURT。给点经验，我要开始做准备了。
