Agree. You have a 10 months old baby,

and he is at the critical development stage, not just the noise, even your mood swing is not good for him. You sure your apartment manager will not let you move to another unit? It is weird. Unless there's nothing available, they normally will let you to switch to another unit. (If you want to move out, it is different.)

BTW, if the apartment management did offer you another unit and you will not take it, unless you can prove that unit is even worse than current one, it may hurt your case in the future.
