I don't understand why police won't response

At least, the police should come to stop them and point out their noise affect their neighbor's health.

We have done this twice and worked fine.

By the way, you can not do "匿名CALL9-1-1". When you call 9-1-1, you always have to tell them your name and your address.

And also, when we happened before, when police came, he came to both side (us and our neighbor). He told them that they should have considered their neighbor at late night and should not have made so much noise. And also the police let them know it's us to call them up.

I don't know how come you need to go to court to resolve this. I mean the police didn't do much.
