关于与FAMILY DAYCARE的争议,请帮忙解答

麻烦看看以上的旧贴,叙述了当天的事情,就不再重写了.

我CANCEL了老太太那周的PAYMENT,因为太气愤了,钱是小事,关键是她给我女儿带来的伤害,不知道她这半年给我们倒了多少奶和SOLID FOOD,浪费是小,关键是我女儿没吃着影响身体发育呀.

现在她反而要FILE THIS CASE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT,告我们,我们当时没有和她签过任何协约,都是口头协议.她有的证据就是每周我们的PAYMENT和那张CANCEL的PAYMENT. 如果法庭上见会有什么结果呢? 如果我们陈述当天的事情,但没有证据行吗?
我们对她的SERVICE不满能成为CANCEL PAYMENT 的原因吗?那周我们只送了3天就转DAYCARE了.
