关于支票

各位，我有个关于支票的问题想请交一下：我收到一张支票，去本人的银行入账，当时银行给我入了，也没提出任何问题。但是过了一周后，银行打电话给我，说那张支票是空头支票，并要我退回已入账的钱。我想问一下，在那种情况下，银行就没有任何责任吗？难道银行不应该在收下支票的时候提示我可能存在的风险？不知哪位可以帮我，谢谢！
