Depends on what kind problem the car has.

"AS IS" can only be used to disclaim implied warranty of merchantability (UCC 2-314) but courts don't like that idea. Most courts will view disclaimer to a consumer contract as unconscionable.

Tell us what problem the car has and we may be able to help you. Also include details such as what the paper work said and what the dealer told you about the car. Besides the car problem, did you incur personal injury or property damage?
