實在不能了解的是如果您按照提前退租的規定告知對方，同時您付清七與八月的房租加上$1000元的罰金，對方為什麼要要求您支付額外八個月的房租，這一個部份，對方所持的理由是什麼 ?
如果有可能請提供租約中有關退租的原文供老貓參考。
