您的案件老貓有一些不能了解，
(a)合約是五月到期，所以五月之後您是如何續約的，是按月租還是續約一年?

是 autorenew.　因为今年五月份之前忘了提前２个月要求搬出来，按以前的合同他们可以自动延期一年。所以合同又从今年五月延期到明年五月。


(B)您八月搬出的決定是何時通知對方，同時您以何種方式通知對方?

我们６月２７号给他们发过Fax和去过信


(c)"若住到八月底，他们就不会罚我们到明年五月份"，這又是根據那一個規定做出的決定 ???

按合同可以提前两个月提前退出(early termination)，但他们要罚１０００美元再加两个月房租。这也需要提前两个月告诉他们。我们是这样做了。

(d)。现在出租公司，让我们付到明年五月份，加上各种莫须有的罚款，总共一万八千多美元。這個部份更是不清不楚，老貓看了好幾次都不能了解您在說什麼，如果您要求住，可不可以請您說清楚，這中間的來龍去脈，否則您的問題實在很南回答。

他们是按月租 x 8 + marketing + lawyer fee +collection fee, etc.
