这里边居士觉得有问题，特别是其丈夫要“the sign a gift letter”，而且要进入丈夫的帐号，这在法律上定义为赠与关系，而不是共同出资的行为。

另外，婚后夫妻各自保留其银行帐号，在某种法律意义上，就是对婚后各自财产保留的事实约定。当然这种现象还是要看具体情况的，但不排除这种事实约定的可能性。
