The other two are correct. But there is always a chance to level the field or jump into deeper problem. Laws on domestic issues are quite tricky in the states, and many of us coming from China don't have the preparation. From what you described, you should be very careful. Either talking to your hu*****and frankly or to a lawyer of experience. The way he treats the property issue is somewhat strange. Either he is fraid of letting you go and want to have a control over your living, or he is doing this on purpose and the purpose is not that good.
