more info about house co-owner

we don't have the title of house, my hu*****and said it's hold by county.
the "warranty Deed" says the seller couple sell my hu*****and, a married man this property, without my name appears.
the title company's final statement shows he is the only name of borrower.
again, in the "closing affidavit", only he as "purchaser/borrower"
the only place has my name in is the "truth-in-lending disclosure statement", says we will pay the loan
few weeks before closing day, i thought i could make a cashier check from my bank, but he said the loaner request that i transfer the money to his account, the sign a gift letter, says the amount of money is a donation from wife.
are these seem any strange?
