shoplifting的案子.几天过去了还没什么动静.不知商家报告警局了没有,您上次说他们可以随时报告,如果报了的话警察是不是随时都有可能来抓人呢?我们能向商家询问此事吗?我们是现在自己联系律师,还是等civil demand来了再说?还有是不是即使不通过警局商家就可以直接file a suit到city court那里? 感激不尽!!
