请教法居士！！

如果这么说，那么要结婚了4年才能拿到正式的绿卡了？
我等到面试也快2年了，现在绿卡要下来了，确实条件的。说还要等2年才能转为正式的。
可是现在我老婆的男朋友（黑身份）就在离间我们要我们离婚。我该如何是好。
