正式绿卡是以结婚两年为条件，满两年就有资格获取正式绿卡。但是由于目前移民局各地方审理速度不一，很难说清楚，甚至很有可能你直接会拿到正式绿卡。
对于你的婚姻，居士深表同情。小两口子的事，谁也插不上的，不过有一个处事的宗旨，那就是先从自身上找原因，事情已到这一步，要望好处想，聪明的做法是要学会妥协，也许退一步更能获得对方的理解。能挽救则挽救，心平气和的沟通也会赢得时间和同情。
