Help!Got car accident!

sorry, can not input Chinese.

Sigh, just back from China 2 days ago.
Yesterday, it snowed hard in the daytime. At 6:30 PM, i drove very slowly on
the road, and tried to stop because of the red sign, the brake just didn't
work well then, so i had to slide to hit the car in front of me. it was really
slow, i felt totally well and i thought she should be fine.

She called police. Police found no damage of cars. I got 2 tickets :

1 for speed too fast for car condition, what i tried to explain how slow i was
was useless.

1 for no proof of insurance, i drove my friend's car, but i showed the
insurance policy sheets to him, he insisted what he need is a insurance card.

I hope the girl is fine now, totally my fault, i am afaid of her expense at
hospital, though i think she was ok, because she talked with her friend very
easyly and happily.


1.Is there anyone familiar about such situation?
2.Because it is my friend's car,
and i was not included in his insurance policy, will the insurance company
refuse to pay?
3.How bad this accident will affect my friend's and my record.
4.What should i prepare or notice for the defense on the court?
