回复：能否录音留作证据?

一个基本观念，事前没有经由法官准许取得court order(如治安单位对某人进行监听)，私人谈话的录音带不能做为法庭的证据。
同时大部份的州，对於未经对方书面的同意秘密录音或是录影，是"相当"严重的控罪，希望您不要轻率行动反而误处法网
