老猫和其他大佬，请教一下appeal, 上诉只能questions of law, 不能 questions of fact?

我刚刚看了一下上诉的条文，上诉法庭只能考虑 questions of law, will not consider questions of facts already decided by the District Division.

那上诉怎么可能能赢？现在就是facts没有弄清楚，对方撒谎，法官偏袒她，我要上诉就是这个fact呀，谁会questions of law? 

是不是我没有弄清楚？
