你是有保险的吗？

先要跟保险公司联系你的医疗保险范围，什么cover，什么不cover，你的copay，搞清楚了，再拿到诊所送给保险公司的billing code，对照之后如果有不合理的，再到诊所找他们之所以要billing 你的依据，再找保险公司看这些billing code 是否合理。。。

如果有不合理的，再跟诊所联系，看他们是否取消，取消的话你要让他们跟查信用的公司联络，取消你的所谓“不良”记录。。。

最后是上法庭吧。你前面的都做了吗？
