如果他清楚写了12/31/2016前必须通知停止保存，我肯定之前通知。但是合同上

没写清楚，只说是每年，那到去年12/31还不满一年，所以就没打电话说停止保存。所以今年二月份我打电话时他们说我通知晚了，今年又收一年的钱。
