我是没读过什么法律文件，所以来请教。听广播里一般是柠檬汁说的那样：某案子的被告被陪审团found guity，也就是你说的Verdict。好像没听说过：plea是陪审团在审案后对公诉人控罪的“回答”（你的原话），你的意思说陪审团需要对公诉人控罪plea guity?彻底糊涂了。
你给那个链接里的问题与此案无关，是在这个案子发生之前的事情，并没有看到出现plea 字样。
而张的案子里的确是在DISPOSITIONS下，但是含有3个内容：

What does it mean when it says plea: not guilty and then says disposition: guilty?
It's a criminal case for harassment and we were the plaintiff, until the state picked up the case. The defendant is currently on probation for the same charge and asked for a jury.
It sounds like he pled "not guilty," went to trial, and was found guilty.
