只想了解这里的plea是什么意思，是否说明他在开庭当天（无论是前还是后）认罪？也许这段只说明判决后，他表示接受。因为以下两个案子没有plea这段，是否说明表示不服从判决，准备继续上诉？

如果张本人接受判决，不上诉，网上搞运动能起什么作用？把原告批倒批臭？为被告挽回名誉损失？
