准备发email给房客

谢谢柠檬大侠的建议，准备发email给房客，看她是否同意lease term，假如同意的话，需要她mail signed copy back，看她是否回复，我估计她不会.

她曾经在电话里说过她没签是因为lease里说她is responsible for the repair.
