You are screwed. It doesn't matter whether her door was locked or not. If you entered without her permission, it was a break-in. It sounds like there is evidence and/or witness for all of her claims--break-in and assault. Now that the criminal case is in the DA's hands, you can't even beg her to drop the charges anymore. Be prepared to deal with the consequences. It won' be too big a deal, but you may end up with a jail sentence for a couple of years.
