卖房合约既然已说明可让前房主合约生效后免费再住两个月，

为啥还要坚持签个新的租住合约呢？你这思维和你上一次的发帖是一样的，爱把简单的事情往复杂里整。
一般来说在卖房合同里都有一旦双方同意弃约怎样处理的条款，你这个若没有，那签这个determination of agreement就是要把这个问题坐实。
