大家帮忙看看，tenant 告realtor，非把我扯进去

我在11年买自住房，房里有tenant， 3月份， tenant自己买了房， 搬出，4月底我们close。后来，这个tenant 和 seller 关于退多少depoist 达不成协议，这个tenant 非常有时间研究，把seller 和 我们(buyer) 都告上法庭。 我连他都没见过。6月份的晚上，突然接到他的电话，说把我们告了。当时，真觉得是大千世界，无其不有。不能为了两个钱，把八竿子打不着的人都告上。

为这事，跑了好几次法庭， 最后以我们跟这个事无关告终。

 

前两天，接到DRE（加州管理license 的部门）， 说是tenant 把这事捅到DRE, 告realtor 没有disclouse 他要告我们， DRE 要掉消realtor 的license， 要我们出庭做witnees， 这个tenant 真可恨， 只是拿法律 泻私愤而已。 

 

我不想出庭，DRE的人说他可以order court order， 迫使我们出庭， 这都啥事呀，我要开3个小时 早9 点到。

 

我不想去， 有啥办法吗？打电话说病了？

 

这个tenant 还找过我转信，帮他转了， 连个谢谢都没有有，什么烂人。
