请教各位大侠jaywalking

一个行人在路口过马路时被左转的车撞伤，司机和另外的两个证人说行人是jaywalking ,可行人说他是在行人通行灯变绿时才过的，在快到达马路正中央的时候被撞。这个在法庭上有可能被认定吗？
